My name is Chris and I trained at the ISIS College of Natural Medicine in Haywards Heath. I qualified in Anatomy & Physiology and in Body Massage with the International Therapy Examination Council (itec) I went on to qualify in Reflexology gaining a distinction with the Internation Examination Board (ieb). In 1996 I studied for three years and gained a qualification in counselling with the Central School of Counselling & Therapy. Since then I have gained an itec Diploma in Diet and Nutrition and hold a Diploma in Indian Head Massage. Aqua Detox treatment was introduced to my practice in 2004 proving beneficial for re-balancing the body especially when used in combination with other treatments.
I am happy to come to your home to give reflexology or hot stone fusion for the feet or Indian head massage, or you can come to my treatment room in Willingdon for a variety of different treatments. There you will be given individual attention tailored to your specific needs in a quiet and calming atmosphere. Whatever treatment you choose will leave you feeling relaxed and revived.
